Indigenous-led solutions for Melanesian women, by Melanesian women.
Our programs are culturally anchored and community-owned. We don’t bring outside solutions; we amplify the power, knowledge, and leadership already present within Melanesian communities. By focusing on Health, Education, Entrepreneurship, and Climate Leadership, we ensure that every initiative is designed and led by the women who know their communities best.
Vanuatu
In Vanuatu, our programs bridge the gap between functional literacy and the preservation of traditional ni-Vanuatu knowledge. By supporting initiatives like the "Mamas’ English Class" alongside ancestral skills like weaving, we ensure that economic empowerment is deeply rooted in cultural identity. This approach provides women with both the modern tools and traditional expertise necessary to lead their families toward a more resilient future.
Fiji
In Fiji, our work focuses on revitalizing traditional iTaukei knowledge by engaging youth and church networks in community-led environmental stewardship. Through Vanua workshops and waste management initiatives, we connect modern environmental action to cultural ceremony and indigenous wisdom. By combining these efforts with professional skill-building and resume-writing seminars, we are equipping the next generation to lead their communities with both cultural pride and practical expertise.
Papua New Guinea
In Papua New Guinea, we focus on high-impact literacy programs and maternal health initiatives. By bridging the gap in educational resources and supporting rural health awareness, we empower PNG women to advocate for their health and their children’s education.
The Solomon Islands
Our programs in the Solomon Islands are dedicated to breaking barriers in girls' education and literacy. By providing scholarships, school supplies, and mentorship, we are ensuring that young women in the Solomons have the tools to become the leaders of tomorrow.
