WHO WE ARE
Indigenous women-led. Rooted in Melanesia: including Vanuatu, Fiji, Solomon Islands, Papua New Guinea, Kanaky (New Caledonia), and Australian South Sea Islander communities and diaspora. We honour our relations across West Papua, Maluku, Torres Strait, Norfolk, and Timor-Leste.
Our conviction: Melanesian women and girls are leaders, not problems to be solved.

🤝 VOLUNTEER
Who? All backgrounds welcome.
Roles: Unpaid or stipend-based.
What we ask: Respect for Indigenous self-determination, commitment, and integrity.
What you get: Meaningful work, clear guidance, recognition, and community.
BOARD MEMBER
Term: 2 years | Meetings: Quarterly (remote ok)
Our grandmothers led without titles. Board service is lineage, not governance.
Your qualifications? A CV. Deep care for Melanesian women and girls. Lived experience. Willingness to listen and stand in solidarity.
What you'll do: Steward resources, shape policy, amplify voices, open doors—as a bridge, not a savior.
